THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO!

Once again after I have done no training for an extended period of time and then ran a 10k doing intervals.  Because I'm an idiot.  So now I'm going to attempt to motivate myself again with this blog and a new start with Couch to 5k. 

I did maintain a 2 run 4 walk interval for most of it, so that was good.
